What is Coaching ? 
 

 

Coaching is a process that supports you in the achievement of extraordinary goals and enables you to fully express your personal and professional potential.

Coaching will help you to become the best you can be in the areas of your choice, to create  a fulfilling life on your terms and to live it with increased satisfaction, balance, efficiency and serenity.

Coaching knows no boundaries of age, culture or profession. Everyone can benefit from coaching and the extraordinary results that it offers.

The focus of the coaching process and the goals to be reached are determined by the client.

The coach is trained to listen, to observe, to use and adapt  coaching techniques and competencies in accordance with the client's need.

The coach will help you to clarify your personal and professional goals,  create a viable action plan and effective ways to monitor your progress. You will learn how to access your inner resources and maintain a high level of motivation.

This involves recognizing your skills, making use of your inherent potential and learning how to do things differently so as to obtain new results. By adopting different ways of thinking and viewing the world, you open up new choices you didn’t think you had.

Individual coaching

for any person who wants to make a change, achieve a project, fulfill their potential, increase their life or professional competencies, attain a balanced life and so much more.

Individual coaching takes place in face-to-face sessions or by telephone.

Length of a coaching cycle

The duration of the coaching cycle is decided together by the coach and the client. Typically a coaching cycle may last from 3 to 9 months but this can vary greatly, depending on your goals and on the length and frequency of the sessions.

Coaching Group

- for a group that has a common interest such as issues related to the working life or improving self-confidence

- for a group or family that has a common goal or project that they would like to achieve.


- for a group of individuals who do not necessarily have a common goal but  who wish to experience coaching with the richness of group dynamics

Group coaching takes place in face-to-face sessions. Once the group is consolidated, sessions can be run via teleconference.
